Tuesday, Sept. 8

6:10 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Kaylee Patton, 19, Pea Ridge, was arrested for minor in possession and on a warrant from Rogers, and cited Teveynn Bergeron, 18, Pea Ridge, was cited for a Pea Ridge warrant for failure to appear.

8:41 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on South Curtis Avenue for a physical disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Rachel Lee Forest, 45, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battery and interference with emergency communications; Michael David Forest, 56, Pea Ridge, for third degree domestic battery; and Tyson Michael Vandagriff, 20, Pea Ridge, on a warrant from Rogers.

Wednesday, Sept. 9

7:59 a.m. Police notified Benton County Sheriff's deputies for assistance in serving a felony warrant at a residence on It'll Do Road. Brandi Elaina Lackey, 24, Bentonville, ran from police when told she had warrants. She was caught, arrested and charged with fleeing on foot and booked into the Benton County Jail.

8 a.m. Pea Ridge High School SRO was notified by school staff about a student with suspected marijuana at the school; the student also admitted to being under the influence of marijuana. After the investigation, a 14-year-old male from Pea Ridge was cited into juvenile court and released to his parents for possession of a controlled substance, 3 grams of suspected marijuana.

Thursday, Sept. 10

4:13 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested the driver, Stephen Chase Ammons, 19, Pea Ridge, for driving on a suspended license, no proof of insurance, possession of meth or cocaine, theft by receiving and possession of drug paraphernalia. The vehicle he was driving was reported as stolen from Johnson. It was impounded and held for Johnson Police.

11:29 a.m. A School Resource Officer for the Pea Ridge Middle School was advised by a teacher that a student was using a suspicious leaf as a bookmark; the leaf was confirmed to be a marijuana leaf. Aas a result of the investigation, the student, a 12-year-old male from Pea Ridge, was cited into juvenile court and released to his parents for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana.

8:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a private property accident involving a vehicle driven by Thomas Deering, 54, Pea Ridge, and a silver mid-sized vehicle. Deering reported the driver backed into him. Deering said said that when he asked the driver for his insurance information, he returned to the car and drove away. Police issued a BOLO for the vehicle.

9:44 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Lynn Drive for a disturbance between a 15-year-old female and her parents. The officer spoke with juvenile for a while until she relaxed and did not appear to be angry. There were no charges filed.
