Blackhawk Homecoming 2015 Court

Seven Pea Ridge High School seniors were selected as Homecoming maids for 2015. One will be named Homecoming Queen Friday night in a ceremony beginning at 6:15 p.m. in Blackhawk Stadium.

Nicole Henson, 17, is the daughter of Darin and Dawnitta Henson and grandmother of Connie Thompson, bob and Jacque Long and Ray and Judy Henson. A native of Pea Ridge, Miss Henson has attended Pea Ridge schools since kindergarten. She is a varsity cheerleader and is a member of the Natonal Honor Society, the Lunch buddy program, Bright Futures and is a member of Fellowship Bible Church. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas and major in early childhood education. Miss Henson will be escorted by Hunter Hargiss.

Hailey Higgins, 18, is the daughter of Tonya and Scott Higgins. A native of Pea Ridge, she has attended Pea Ridge schools since kindergarten. She is a varsity cheerleader and is a member of the National Honor Society and the Lunch Buddy program. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith, and major in psychology. Miss Higgins will be escorted by Ryan Jackson.

Kerstin Hobbs, 17, is the daughter of Laura and Mike Jeffcoat and daughter of Ron and Suzanne Ellington. She has been in Pea Ridge schools since her freshman year. A varsity cheerleader, she is a member of the track team, the National Honor Society, FCCLA, the yearbook staff and Lunch Buddy program. She is a member of Grace Baptist Church and works at the Short Stop Grill, Garfield. She hopes to attend college and major in fashion merchandising. Miss Hobbs will be escorted by Jake Edwards.

Shaye Honn, 17, is the daughter of Darrin and Denise Honn and granddaughter of Jane and Keith Simpkins and Lynda and John Adams. A native of Franklin, Tenn., she has attended Pea Ridge schools since sixth grade. A cheerleader, she is a member of the National Honor Society, Community Service Club, FCA and the treasurer of the yearbook. She is a member of the First Baptist Church, Garfield. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas and major in special education. Miss Honn will be escorted by Cody Folz.

Morgan Kelley, 18, is the daughter of Charlene and Leon Kelley and Charlene Fields and the granddaughter of Cindy and Gene Kelley and Chuck and Lynda Martin. A native of Rogers, she has attended Pea Ridge schools since fifth grade. A cheerleader, she is a member of softball, National Honor Society, FCCLA and is president of Student Council. She is a member of Keypoint Church, Bentonville and works at the Short Stop Grill, Garfield. Miss Kelley will be escorted by Brent Ferguson.

Shelby Morgan, 18, is the daughter if Carroll and Kristi Morgan and granddaughter of Neal and Jerri Bradstreet. A native of Pea Ridge, she has attended Pea Ridge schools since kindergarten. She is a cheerleader, editor of the yearbook and a member of the National Honor Society. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas to earn a degree in kinesiology and then enter the physical therapy program. Miss Morgan will be escorted by Brad Beavers.

Rebecca Woods, 17, is the daughter of Jerry and Donna Woods and granddaughter of Joe Stroud and Bona Woods. A native of Pea Ridge, she has attended Pea Ridge schools since kindergarten. She plans to attend the University of Arkansas and plans to earn a master's degree in early childhood education. Miss Woods will be escorted by Gage Cawthon.

Attendants are Brayden Snoderly and Mia Marquez.

Brayden Snoderly, 5, is the son of Quentin and Nancee Snoderly. He is a kindergarten student at Pea Ridge Primary School.

Mia Paz Marquez, 5, is the daughter of Francisco and Crystal Marquez. She is in kindergarten in Pea Ridge Primary School.
