Jello Salad
From the kitchen of Donna Fuller, Anderson, Mo.
1 small box jello
8 oz. sour cream
1 small container whipped topping
1 can fruit
Dissolve jello with drained fruit. Add other ingredients and chill. Pecans may be used for garnish.
Options:
• Fruit cocktail with mixed fruit jello
• Lime jello with crushed pineapple and garnished with cherries for Christmas
• Orange jello with crushed pineapple and garnished with Mandarin oranges for Thanksgiving
• Use sugar-free jello and sugar-free fruit for lighter salad
• May add miniature marshmallows for variety.
