Notice to destroy

In accordance with Public Law 94-142/IDEA the Pea Ridge School District hereby gives notice of the following:

• Records of those students evaluated by the district's special education program, psychological reports and all special education information regarding students served or evaluated prior to Sept. 1, 2010, are to be destroyed. Anyone wishing copies of such information should contact Sue Stacey, Special Education supervisor at 479-451-0098.

• Requests will be accepted until July 1, 2015. Records will be destroyed after this date.

• This DOES NOT INCLUDE school transcripts, grade reports, attendance information, or other information contained in the student's cumulative folders.

• Records of students currently being served by the school district are also not included.
