Monday, July 6

4:28 a.m. A resident of Nelson Court reported someone shot through his window. He reported the same thing happened Saturday as well. Police did not locate a suspect.

Wednesday, July 8

9:35 a.m. A resident of Barris Lane reported verbal threatening from another adult male while at the football field. Both men were contacted and agreed to avoid contact with one another.

10 a.m. As a result of an investigation into a suspicious person sitting in a parked car in a business parking lot in town, police arrested Troy Dwayne Stillwell, 29, Rogers, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

4:31 p.m. Police received a report of theft of fuel from EZ Mart. The driver of a brown or rust-colored "dually" pickup truck put $40 worth of diesel fuel in the vehicle and drove off without paying.

5 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop, police arrested Rick Schwellinger, 42, Seligman, Mo., for a warrant from Greenland and cited him for speeding, reckless driving and driving too fast for conditions.

5:11 p.m. A resident of Pike Street reported criminal mischief involving someone damaging a window screen on the residence.

5:57 p.m. Police were notified of a 13-year-0ld male who had been bitten by a dog. The dog's owner was interviewed to verify rabies vaccinations. The youth was treated at Mercy Emergency Room. Neither he nor his mother wished to press charges.

6:30 p.m. A resident took a chocolate and white pitbull to the police station; he reported he found it wandering in the roadway at Hayden Road and Chapman Lane. It was impounded in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Friday, July 10

8:44 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Colby G. Carlson, 40, Pea Ridge, for warrants from Benton County and Rogers Police.

Saturday, July 11

3:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Wood Street for a disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Dana Gilbert, 43, Pea Ridge, for third-degree domestic battering and Michael Duffy Jr., 21, Pea Ridge, on a warrant from BCSO. Both were taken, separately, to Benton County Jail.

Sunday, July 12

10:30 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Jacob Dylan King, 22, Garfield, on warrants from Little Flock and Benton County.

1:27 p.m. Police took a report from a 17-year-old male of a two-vehicle accident involving an unknown male driver of a gray Honda or Hyundai who took his proof of insurance card and fled from the scene.

3:45 p.m. An employee of Subway reported receiving a counterfeit $20 bill in payment for a purchase. The customer had left the business. The incident is under investigation.

9:12 p.m. Police took a report of a private property accident involving a white pickup truck hitting a row of shopping carts which fell over hitting another vehicle. The truck left the scene.
