Wheatley graduates POINT LOOKOUT, MO. — John Wheatley of Pea Ridge, Ark., graduated from College of the Ozarks, Point Lookout, Mo., during the commencement exercises on May 10, 2015. Wheatley earned a BA in Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement. This year, 321 students graduated during the 108th commencement ceremony. Wheatley is a Pea Ridge High School graduate.
