February is Heart Month.

During February, Pea Ridge schools recognized National Wear Red Day on Feb. 6 and students participated in Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart which are fundraisers for the American Heart Association.

Students were to take home collection envelopes and parent letters the week of Feb. 9. The Jump/Hoops events will start the week of Feb. 16.

Last year, Pea Ridge students raised more than $7,000. All of that goes to the American Heart Association. Please continue to support the American Heart Association by donating to your student.
