Friday, Dec. 11

2 p.m. Police were dispatched to Smith Street for a large white dog running loose. The owner, Cody Wilson, 20, was located and cited for dog at large.

4:12 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Daniel Lane for a residential burglary. The resident said she came home from and found the back door open and items of jewelry missing.

6:33 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Greene Street for a missing person involving a 9-year-old boy who left the house and wasn't found where he said he was going. The boy was located and was fine, according to the report.

Saturday, Dec. 12

9:32 a.m. A resident of McRae Lane reported a vehicle license plate stolen off his vehicle. The plate number was entered into ACIC.

6:36 p.m. Police were dispatched to the area of McNair Street for a possible disturbance. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Kayla Temple, 25, West Fork, on a Rogers warrant for failure to appear on third-degree domestic battery. She was transferred to Rogers Police.

Sunday, Dec. 13

9:48 a.m. Police took a report of a two-vehicle accident that happened on North Davis Street involving vehicles driven by Nancy M. Spivey, 35, Pea Ridge, and William Bintliff, 51, Pea Ridge. Police noted the roadway was wet and "it was steadily raining."

12:31 p.m. Police were dispatched to South Curtis Avenue for an animal call. A woman was holding a dog by its collar and another dog was lying in the ditch fatally injured. The stray dog was taken to the Pea Ridge Vet; the injured dog was euthanized and its body removed.

2:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to Van Dorn Street for two stray dogs; they were picked up and placed in the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. One is a large breed male, possibly Mastiff mix (about 95 pounds) and the other is a small brown male about 4 pounds.

5 p.m. Police picked up a female black dog running loose on Greenwood Cove. The dog had a red collar but no tags. It was secured at the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.
