Monday, Nov. 23

11:58 a.m. Police took a report of a private property accident in a parking lot involving vehicles driven by Lorie Ann Hubbard, 42, Pea Ridge, and June R. Day, 87, Bella Vista.

1:35 p.m. Police took a report of theft of property from a resident of Patterson Road who reported two belt buckles taken from his residence.

4:18 p.m. A resident of Bowen Street reported a 17-year-old male driving too fast in the neighborhood and driving directly towards his vehicle in a threatening manner.

5:30 p.m. Police received a report of a 10-year-old boy being bitten by a dog on Wed., Nov. 18, at a neighbor's house. As a result of the investigation, police cited Michael Oaks, 38, Pea Ridge, for no rabies vaccination and no city tag.

6:04 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on West Pickens Street for a domestic battery involving a woman and her 11-year-old granddaughter. The youth was arrested for third degree domestic battery and booked into the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

Tuesday, Nov. 24

1:30 p.m. Police observed a subject in court possibly intoxicated. As a result of the investigation, Brian Galloway, 37, Pea Ridge, was arrested for public intoxication after registering a .121 percent on a portable breathalyzer test. He was sentenced to one day in Benton County Jail for contempt.

6:04 p.m. Police were dispatched to a business on North Curtis Avenue for a report of a theft involving an employee. As a result of the investigation, Forrest J. Allen, 49, Garfield, was cited for theft of property.

Wednesday, Nov. 25

2:08 a.m. Police assisted Little Flock Police with a disturbance at a residence on Little Flock Drive. During the investigation, it was determined there was a party with minors present. Drug paraphernalia was seized. One minor fled; others were arrested for minor in possession.

5:42 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Stephen Wayne Trussell, 62, Irving, Texas, on a warrant for Washington County for contempt of court and for driving on a suspended driver's license and speeding. He was booked into the Benton County Jail to await pickup by Washington County deputies.

7:23 p.m. Police were asked to assist another agency in arresting James Kemp, 28, Rogers, at a business in Pea Ridge. He was arrested for a felony warrant with an original charge of second degree domestic battery and resisting arrest. He was turned over to Benton County Sheriff's deputies.

Saturday, Nov. 28

4 p.m. Police received a report of theft from a business on East Pickens Street; the incidents are under investigation.

Sunday, Nov. 29

10:10 a.m. Police were dispatched to a business on Slack Street for a theft report.

4:36 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on It'll Do Road, police cited Kristin R. Murphy, 19, Bentonville, for minor in possession and speeding. A case of beer was taken into evidence.
