Quick and easy Quiche

Country Classics, Battlefield 4-H Club, Pea Ridge, Ark.
12 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9- or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 50-55 minutes. Let stand before cutting.
