GARFIELD -- City officials are seeking public input on a proposed water rate increase, scheduled to be charged customers of the Garfield water system, beginning in 2016. A public forum has been set for 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, and 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, at Garfield City Hall. In addition, comments may be mailed to City Hall, 14655 S. Wimpy Jones Rd., Garfield, or via e-mail through the city web page/email (contact us) tab.
