Episcopal Church, Pea Ridge

St. Andrew's Episcopal and the Episcopal Church Pea Ridge are offering a Spanish class at 6:30 p.m. each Thursday at St. Andrew's Rogers, Ninth and Oak streets, Rogers. Free of charge.

Angel's Share food pantry 10 a.m.-1 p.m. the second Saturday of each month at 1300 N. Davis St.

Brightwater United Methodist, Garfield

Brightwater United Methodist Church hosts a senior citizen lunch at 11:30 a.m. every Thursday.

Dinners are $3 and they are prepared at the Bentonville Senior Center and taken to the church located at 14108 E. U.S. Hwy. 62, between Garfield and Avoca. Reservations are needed; call 479-359-3772 no later than Wednesday.

Bella Vista Christian Church

A new series through the Book of Nehemiah is the focus of the messages during the 9 and & 10:45 a.m. Sunday services at Bella Vista Christian Church. KidTown for children infant -- fifth grade is offered during both Sunday services. Children will participate in large group praise and worship, plus small group time for all of the ages. BVCC partners with families and uses the "Orange" Programming on Sunday mornings.

Life Group Kick-off and sign-ups will be on Sunday, Aug. 23, and Sunday, Aug. 30. Anyone interested in joining one of the small, in-home Bible studies that meet on various times and days during the week can sign up on the church website. Life Groups will resume the week of Sept. 13.

Sixth-graders are invited to a Welcome to Student Ministry Party at Fast Lane in Rogers at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 20.

The Men's Ministry will host "The Gathering" at the home of Jeff Singleton at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25. Sign up at http://www.bellavistachristian.com.

Student Ministry Wednesday Night Fall Kick-off will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 2 at 6:30 p.m. Campus Café opens at 5 p.m. All sixth through 12th-graders are invited.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) will begin their 10th season at BVCC on Sept. 4. Moms and their pre-kindergarten children are invited to the meetings that are held the first, second and third Fridays of the month from 9 -- 11 a.m. Childcare is provided. For information, call 855-1616.

Bella Vista Christian Church is a non-denominational Christian church located at 103 Riordan Rd. Office hours are 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m.- 2 p.m. on Fridays.
