Breakfast Casserole
From the kitchen of Annette Beard
1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 slices day-old bread, crumbled
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. cheese, grated
1 tsp. dried mustard
2 drops Tabasco
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
Beat eggs with seasonings. Layer ingredients in a greased 9- by 13-inch pan: bread, sausage, cheese, eggs. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
