6:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on North Davis Street for a civil call involving a convicted sex offender at the house. He agreed to leave.

Sunday, April 5

4:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on McCulloch Street for a report of theft of a license plate from a vehicle.

Thursday, April 9

6 p.m. Police received a report of a private property accident that happened in the Pizza Hut parking lot involving a vehicle owned by Stephanie Horton, 29, Garfield, and a white pickup truck driven by a male who left the scene. Damage to the vehicle was minor, according to the report.

Friday, April 10

7:10 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on J.W. Montgomery Circle in reference to an animal call involving a "large Doberman Pincher" dog on the complainant's property. Police cited the dog's owner, Edie Huie, 28, Pea Ridge, with animal at large.

3:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Luke Street for a welfare check involving a 14-year-old female who was not yet enrolled in school. The mother assured police she would enroll the youth.

2:47 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Andy Buck Road for an agency assist for a disturbance in progress; Benton County Sheriff's deputies took over the scene.

6:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hickman for a harassing communications call.

7:45 p.m. A resident of Weston Loop complained about people turning around in his driveway. Police gave written trespass warnings to four teens and told them not to use that driveway for turning around.

3:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Luke Street for a welfare check involving a 14-year-old female who was not yet enrolled in school. The mother assured police she would enroll the youth.

2:47 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Andy Buck Road for an agency assist for a disturbance in progress; Benton County Sheriff's deputies took over the scene.

10 p.m. Police arrested Tammy Rogers, 46, Pea Ridge, as an agency assist at the request of Centerton Police Department.

10:35 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Weston Street for a trespassing call involving a 17-year-old male who refused to leave when told to go home.

Saturday, April 11

3:23 p.m. Police were dispatched to Pea Ridge High School for a report of theft of the word "Ridge" from the high school; school officials reported the word "High" had been stolen previously and not reported.

3:35 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop, police arrested David Arthur Hill, 53, Rogers, for DWI, careless and prohibited driving and driving left of center.

8:55 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Cardin Road for a stray black Lab that was "tearing into ... trash," according to the complainant. Police picked up the dog and took it to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. On April 13, at 8:40 a.m., Timothy Morinini claimed the dog. He was cited for dog at large and no city tags.

Sunday, April 12

8:12 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on John W. Montgomery Circle for a dog at large. Police located the owner, Edward Huie, 28, Pea Ridge, and cited him for dog at large.

12:20 p.m. A resident of Pea Ridge turned in an RCA tablet that was found in the "middle of Carr Street."

6:28 p.m. A resident of Spiro, Okla., reported her identity stolen with charges on credit cards of more than $11,000. The suspect lives in Pea Ridge.

Monday, April 13

10 a.m. A resident of Pea Ridge reported a fraudulent Craigslist sale involving someone sending a $1,720 cashier's check for a $100 item saying the rest of the money was for "movers." She attempted to return the money, but the man would not give an address.

6:50 p.m. A resident of North Davis Street reported receiving text messages of a "sexual nature" from a male who she has asked not to contact her. The investigation revealed that the 66-year-old male is a convicted sex offender from Rogers but the address at which he purportedly lives is not valid. Rogers Police were advised of his status.

9:15 p.m. Police were dispatched to a disturbance at EZ Mart. As a result of the investigation, it was determined that it was a misunderstanding caused by a language barrier.
