Mrs. Dawnitta Henson's first-grade class held their first ever Spelling Bee Friday, April 10. The Bee went into more than 18 rounds with 250 words and lasted more than one hour.

"Thank you to the parents for helping my students study these words over the last month to help prepare them not only for this Spelling Bee but for the ITBS Standardized test that will be taken next week," Dawnitta Henson said.
