A section of It'll Do Road will be closed Oct. 23-30 as ARCO adds a 36-inch pipe for the Carroll Electric project, according to Nathan See, Pea Ridge Street superintendent. See said a two-inch overlay will also be placed on Cardin, Coler, Rains, Frost and Ryan streets beginning Friday. "We hope to have it wrapped up by Tuesday," See said.
