Brightwater United Methodist Church hosts a senior citizen lunch at 11:30 a.m. every Thursday. Dinners are $3; they are prepared at the Bentonville Senior Center and taken to the church located at 14108 E. U.S. Hwy. 62, between Garfield and Avoca.

Ronnie and MaryLou Warren from Fair Grove, Mo., will be in concert at 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 5, at New Prospect Baptist Church, Gann Ridge Road, Garfield.
Ronnie Warren plays seven instruments, the most memorable one being the handsaw. His style is best described as a mixture of Southern gospel, bluegrass and old favorite. Everyone is invited to join us.

"Unleashed: Acts That Change the World" is the title of the fall message series at Bella Vista Christian Church. Sunday services are held at 9 & 10:45 a.m. KidTown for children birth -- fifth grade is open at both services, with the Radiate students (sixth -- 12th grades) meeting at 10:45 a.m. The Student Ministry teen Life Groups meet from 6-7:30 p.m. on Sundays at the church. All students sixth -- 12th grades are welcome.
The Children's Ministry will host a Family Fall Event 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at Right Choices Corn Maze in Southwest City, Mo.
A new Tuesday morning Bible Study will begin at 9:30 a.m. Oct. 14 entitled "Becoming More.. All ladies are welcome. Study guides available at LifeWay in Rogers.
Men's Ministry hosts "33" Vol. 2 men's study at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays at the church. Guys of all ages welcome.
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) meets the second, third and fourth Friday of each month from 9 -- 11 am. All moms and their pre-kindergarten children are invited.
The Outreach Ministry will participate in two local school fall carnivals at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at R.E. Baker School in Bentonville and at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 24 at Cooper Elementary.
