Monday, Feb. 24

5:20 p.m. A resident of Todd Circle reported it appeared her Social Security number had been stolen. According to the report, a resident of Bentonville had used her Social Security number to have internet services set up in their home. Police said the complaint needed to be filed with Bentonville Police.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

12:23 a.m. Police were asked to assist Rogers Police in locating two women at a residence in Pea Ridge. One woman has a felony warrant and the other is listed as a runaway juvenile. Police were unable to contact anyone.

12:23 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on D.J. Duvall Drive for a suspicious circumstance involving a male ringing the doorbell of the residence several times, then sitting in his vehicle when there was no answer. The caller reported her 17-year-old son and his 15-year-old girlfriend were at the house alone and didn't answer the door. Police were unable to locate the suspect.

2:30 p.m. While at court, police observed two people acting suspiciously. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Sarah Paxton, 28, Rogers, and Michael Paxton, 29, Rogers, for public intoxication/drugs. Michael Paxton was also incarcerated for contempt of court per order of the judge.

4 p.m. Police were dispatched to W.M.B. Franklin Avenue for an assault. The caller reported her 10-year-old son told her a 14-year-old male had "spit all over the back of his head" while they were both on the school bus. Police cited the 14-year-old for third-degree battery.

6:42 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Todd Circle. As a result of the investigation, police learned that Joshua Courtney, 31, Pea Ridge, had possibly just had a seizure but refused to be transported by ambulance. While attempting to arrest Courtney on outstanding warrants, Courtney said he was having a panic attack and requested the ambulance. He was transported by ambulance to Northwest Medical Center, where a Benton County deputy was waiting for him to take him to jail.

7 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on East Watie Street for report of a 16-year-old claiming he was assaulted. As a result of the investigation, police contacted juvenile probation who set an appointment for the youth and his guardian.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

9:53 a.m. Police were asked to assist Rogers Police in locating a man at a residence on McIntosh Street. They were unable to locate him.

10:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Frost Street for an apparently immobilized or injured male in his home. A delivery driver had said he could not get an answer at the door but that he could hear someone inside. Ambulance personnel were also called. The 92-year-old male was lying behind the front door. Access to the home, which had an alarm system, was gained and the man was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Police secured the home.

3 p.m. A business owner on Lee Town Road reported illegal dumping in her business trash dumpster. A suspect was contacted and warned against dumping their trash in the dumpster.

3:10 p.m. A resident of Humphrey Street reported a residential burglary. Nothing was missing but the computer was apparently used by the former spouse of the resident. The resident said she would change the locks on the home.

9:48 p.m. A resident of Weston Street reported a residential burglary involving a 42-inch television and a portable safe stolen. There was no sign of forced entry. The incident is under investigation.

Thursday, Feb. 27

10:48 a.m. A resident of Mary Phelps Drive reported an arrow had been shot through the outside wall of his home. The resident's wife was in the bed at the time of the incident when the arrow came through the wall. It was protruding 10 to 12 inches inside the house. The incident is under investigation.

Friday, Feb. 28

6:29 p.m. Police were dispatched to Community First Bank to speak to a juvenile female who had found a wallet. The 14-year-old girl reported she and her friends were walking and found the wallet in the ditch across the street from the bank. Police notified the owner of the wallet, who picked it up and said nothing was missing.

7:47 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Greer Street for a disturbance involving a 48-year-old male reported that his 52-year-old male roommate had hit. The roommate said the other male had illegally accessed one of his computer accounts. Neither man wanted to press charges.

Saturday, March 1

12:28 p.m. A resident of Oakley Street reported a stray dog had shown up at his house this morning. The dog was pulling a chain and had gotten entangled around a utility box. It had on a collar, but no tags. Later in the day, police received a call from Shamere Ayen, owner of the dog, wanting to pick up the dog. Ayen, 47, was cited for dog at large and no city tags.

1:12 p.m. Alarm at a residence on Capt. Good Street; the residence was found to be secure.

2:45 p.m. Police saw two dogs running through the parking lot of McDonald's. The dogs -- a white pit bull and a terrier mix -- were captured and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Sunday, March 2

12:17 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, police arrested Colt Clark, 23, Rogers, for obstructing governmental operations, possession of controlled substance, driving on a suspended driver's license and no proof of insurance.

2:03 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on East Watie Street for a welfare check involving a 16-year-old male who the reporting party said had been left alone. Police determined the report was unsubstantiated as two female relatives were caring for the youth.

6:13 p.m. A resident of Frost Street reported a possible stolen phone. The man reported he had just bought the phone from a pawn shop and after using it, received a message that the phone had been reported stolen. Police said the phone was not listed through ACIC/NCIC as stolen.

7:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a welfare check on South Curtis Avenue and found the person in question to be fine.

8:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hutchinson Street for a report of a dog outside with no food or shelter. A dog was found, chained to a fence. It had no food, no water and no shelter. Police were not able to contact the residents. Police found food and water on the back porch where another dog was. The dog was moved to where it could access the food, water and shelter.

Monday, March 3

1 p.m. Police received a report from a resident of Pea Ridge of a vehicle that stopped in front of her vehicle and attempted to fight with her and her husband. It was determined the incident occurred in the county and neither party wanted to press charges.

5:36 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hutchinson Street for a harassing communications report. The female resident reported her estranged husband, against whom she had filed divorce papers, had entered her residence uninvited and began "yelling and cussing" at her. She said she is afraid of him. She was advised on how to get an order of protection. The male was told to not call the woman nor come to the residence.

Tuesday, March 4

2:34 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hutchinson Street for an animal welfare concern concerning two dogs in a back yard of a house where no one had been home for more than 24 hours to care or feed them. The dogs appeared to be healthy.

2:56 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hutchinson Street for a harassing communications. The female resident reported receiving text messages from her estranged husband who threatened to drive his truck through the garage into the house if she didn't talk to him. The man had been warned, as a result of police involvement on Monday, to not attempt to contact the woman. The woman said the male had also threatened to harm himself saying he had hydrocodone and had a firearm. Police requested assistance from Benton County Sheriff's deputies to locate the male at his residence outside the city limits. The man, Gale Adam Roland, 34, Rogers, was found, detained, and arrested for first degree terroristic threatening and for third-degree assault in connection with the Monday incident.

Wednesday, March 5

8:30 a.m. Police were dispatched to the Pea Ridge Cemetery in regards to a vehicle parked there that needed to be removed because there was to be a funeral there in less than an hour. The owner was contacted. He said he parked there because it was easier to get in and out because of the snow and ice. When moving his vehicle, he ran over and broke a "very old gravestone." The driver's information was collected by police and he was told to be in contact with the manager of the cemetery to pay for repair of the grave stone.

6:57 p.m. Police were dispatched to Arkansas Highway 94 for a reckless driver call. Police did notice the vehicle cross the center line and made a traffic stop. The driver said she was avoiding patches of ice. She was given a written warning.

7:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on W.M.B. Franklin in reference to a dog at large. The dog was found inside its home. The owner admitted to having it outside without a leash. He was given a verbal warning about having the dog on a leash when it is out of the pen.

Thursday, March 6

7:01 p.m. Cheyene L. Luper, 20, Rogers, reported she was southbound on South Curtis Avenue when a deer ran out in front of her and collided with the front of her vehicle.

Friday, March 7

1:54 a.m. A resident on Drew Lane reported a neighbor's dog was barking and had been for more than 20 minutes. Police did not hear the dog barking.

12:25 p.m. Police were requested to assist Rogers Police in locating a woman at a residence in Pea Ridge. Rogers Police said they had an active felony warrant on the woman for leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. No one was located at the home, but the owner said she would tell the suspect to turn herself in.

11:10 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on North Curtis Avenue and Townsend Way, police arrested Joshua Simonton, 32, Garfield, for possession of a controlled substance.

Sunday, March 9

8:19 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Frost Street for a dog at large complaint. The dog was in the complainant's carport and it was reportedly an "ongoing problem." The dog was taken by police to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic. It had no collar or tags.

10:22 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on North Curtis Avenue, police arrested Bobby Ray Dufoe, 41, Pea Ridge, for driving while license suspended and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle.
