Volleyball camp set
The Lady Volley 'Hawks camp will run from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., Tuesday, July 22, through Thursday, July 24.
Open to any girl students who will be in next year's third grade through seventh grade, the camp will be comprised of three two-hour sessions on consecutive days. The camp will coincide with the youth football camp which will be going on at the same time.
The stated goal of the camp is to "Introduce the young members of the community to volleyball before they will be eligible to participate with the school in the seventh grade. Volleyball teaches students the importance of teamwork, positive attitudes, communication skills, and how to overcome obstacles."
The camp has 100 openings which will be filled first come first served. T-shirts will be provided participants but proper sizing won't be guaranteed after Friday, July 11. Forms are available in school offices and all interested girls in the appropriate grades were given forms last week.

Blackhawk Football Camp set
The Little Blackhawk football camp will be from 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 22, through Thursday, July 24, at the Blackhawk Indoor Facility; it is $35 to register.
The camp is open to all children in grades 2 through 6. The camp will be run by the Pea Ridge football staff (including the certified trainer), current and former Blackhawk football players as well as some special guest speakers. The camp will include fundamental drills in all areas of the game of football including offense, defense, special teams, weight-lifting, conditioning, agility and speed-work. We will also stress other building blocks of the Blackhawk football program like character, discipline, team work and Blackhawk pride. Gatorade will be sold at break times and at the end of the day for $1. All campers will receive a T-Shirt and participation awards. We will meet and call roll each day in the indoor facility at 4:50 p.m.
Entry forms can be dropped off at any Pea Ridge school office or the Blackhawk indoor facility coach's office. Sign up will also be available on the first day of camp.

Youth Football sign-ups will be at the Little 'Hawks football camp 7 p.m. July 22, 23, 24 at indoor facility at PRHS.
