Harris named president at Community First

The Board of Directors of Community First Bank has announced the promotion of Rick Harris as its new Pea Ridge president.

Chief Executive Officer of Community First Bank, David Morton said, "Rick is a natural leader. He has the banking and people skills necessary to make a significant difference in Pea Ridge."

Harris began his banking career more than 40 years ago with three of those years at Community First Bank. He attended Eastern New Mexico University and the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Harris is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and the National Commercial Lending School. He is a 30-year member of the Rotary Club, a Chamber of Commerce Member and Pea Ridge Scholarship Committee Member. His hobbies include golf, biking and pickle ball. Rick and his wife, Suzanne, have three grown boys: Brace, University of Arkansas graduate; Cole, Yale University graduate; and Dane, University of Arkansas graduate.
