Junior Blackhawks defeat Tigers

Britton Caudill set the tone early for Pea Ridge Monday night as he dominated the boards in the first half of game against conference foe Prairie Grove. Caudill, along with teammate Westin Church, owned the paint in the first half. The team as a whole only allowed 4 points going into half-time with a balanced scoring attack on offense. It looked to be a blow out at the half with the Jr. 'Hawks leading 28-4.

The Tigers came out with a little more fire in the second half but it didn't amount for much as the 'Hawks led going into the final quarter 37-16. Pea Ridge never let off the gas pedal until the final buzzer winning the game 43-24.

Caudill lead the scoring with 10 and Church added 9. Joey Hall had 8. Cole Wright and Garrett King chipped in 5 each with Parker Revelle adding 4 and Joseph Beard finished off the scoring with 2 points.

The Junior High Blackhawks are at 10-2 overall and 3-0 in conference. They will travel to Ozark Thursday to take on the Hillbillies.
