Soup supper for Snack/Paks set
The Soup supper fundraiser for Snack/Paks for kids will be from 5 – 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 824 W. Oak St., Rogers.
There are dine in and dine out options with a variety of soups.

Volunteers needed for tax assistance
The AARP Foundation Tax Aide program is seeking volunteers to assist low- to middle-income individuals with federal and state income tax returns.
Volunteers are needed for sites in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bella Vista.
The program is the nation's largest volunteer-run tax preparation and assistance service. All volunteers are trained and certified by the Internal Revenue Service each year.

Gospel music open mic night set
Let's Play Gospel Music Open Mic starts at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, At the Seligman Chamber Event Center on Highway 37 North of Seligman, Mo.
Bring your talent and instrument and enjoy the fun and entertainment.
Free admission to the public. A donation bucket will be passed around.
Players and singers will sign in on a numbered board and will play in order.
There will be snacks, no alcohol or smoking and no dancing allowed.
Everyone is welcome to play, sing or just listen. Emcees will be Charlies Williams and Judy Holt.
