NEBCO Chili Cook-off set

The 10th annual Northeast Benton County Fire/EMS Chili cook-off is set for 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, in the NEBCO community center, U.S. Hwy. 62 and South Wimpy Jones Road, Garfield. The dinner is all-you-can eat chili and drink. The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 5 to 12 years of age and free for children under 5. Desserts are available.

Sponsors and cooks are still needed. There is still time to call and reserve a spot in the cook off. Your favorite chili recipe could be the big winner. Call NEBCO Fire Department at 359-3134 for information and reservations.

Membership drive

The Friends of the Bella Vista Public Library are sponsoring their annual membership drive Feb. 3-28.

All are welcome to become a member or friend.

The annual fee of $10, as well as other annual fundraising events, is used to support the growing needs and expanding goals of the library.

Membership fees can be paid at the library.

Food Pantry slated
