Wednesday, April 16

8:57 a.m. A city employee reported a swing was unbolted and taken off the swing set at the small city park in the Givens subdivision.

8:10 p.m. Police were dispatched to the intersection of Hickman Drive and Turner Way for a vehicle fire.

Thursday, April 17

1:23 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Hickman Drive to assist in lifting a patient. The patient was transported to Mercy Medical Center.

Saturday, April 19

10:32 a.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Zachary Street for a dog at large complaint. The complainant said a neighbor's dogs keep getting into her yard and had scratched her children. Other area residents interviewed said the dogs are out of their yard on a regular basis. Since police were unable to contact the owner of the dogs, they were taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

6:44 p.m. A resident of Chitwood Street reported she was being harassed by her ex-boyfriend. The man was warned and given a no contact warning. The woman said she didn't want to press charges if he would comply with the no contact order.

Sunday, April 20

9:12 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on St. Clair Street for a disturbance involving a possibly intoxicated man creating a disturbance and punching his vehicle. As a result of the investigation, holes in the wall inside the residence were discovered. Police arrested Bobby Periman, 30, Rogers, third-degree domestic assault, second-degree criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Benton County Jail.
