Ferguson found guilty on charges

Lance Cameron Ferguson was found guilty on two of three charges filed against him as a result of him boarding a Pea Ridge School bus on the morning of Oct. 24. Ferguson, 51, Pea Ridge, appeared before Judge Ray Bunch in Pea Ridge Court.

Ferguson reportedly boarded the bus about 7:30 a.m. Oct. 24 to confront children about taking money from his daughter. As a result of the investigation, police obtained a warrant for his arrest. Ferguson was arrested Oct. 25, 2013, charged with false imprisonment, unauthorized entry of a school bus and third-degree assault. As a result of a plea bargain, according to documents, Ferguson was not charged with the assault charge. Sentencing is set for April 22.
