Core violations: Ice scoop stored in ice bins. No shielding over light in ware washing area.

Black Hawk Grill

Priority violations: Chef did not wash hands after cracking eggs (corrected).

Core violations: Trays used for frozen fries and tots reused for portioning. No consumer advisory for undercooked eggs.

Pizza Hut

Core violations: Wet test strips for chlorine; need test strips.
