More than 18 T-ball teams from around the state are expected to be in Pea Ridge this weekend as Pea Ridge Youth Sports hosts the state T-ball tournament June 27 - 30.
“We’re very excited to have this opportunity. We hope the community can all get involved,” Nikki Koon, secretary of Pea Ridge Youth Sports, said. The Western District winners of the All-Star games will play in the state tournament.
Unlike T-ball games during the season, there is a gate fee during the tournament.
The cost is $5 per adult and $3 for children under 18. No coolers are allowed in the park.
Funds raised during the tournament help support the baseball program in Pea Ridge.
