A hearing has been set for 3:30 p.m. Thursday, July 18, in the fifth floor conference room of the 1515 Buildings, 1515 W. 7th St., Little Rock, for the request by Chad D. Smith, d.b.a.
Chad’s Beverage Shop, 139 N. Curtis Ave., Suite C.
Smith’s name was drawn for a permit to sell alcohol by the Alcohol Beverage Control Board. As of Tuesday, July 9, he had not applied to the city for a permit, nor does he have a business out of which to sell alcohol. He did post a sign on the column of the drive-through for Dr. R.
Higgin’s office.
