12:12 p.m. Police were dispatched to Dollar General for a shoplifting complaint. As a result of the investigation, police cited two males, Blake Patton, 19, of Pea Ridge, and a 13-year-old male, for shoplifting.

12:53 p.m. Police received a report of a 16-year-old male being “forced” to stay in a storage building and not properly cared for. Upon investigation, police found a converted storage building outfitted as an apartment with heat, air conditioning and electricity.

5:12 p.m. Police were dispatched to Barris Lane for a report of a stray dog in the street. The dog was transported to Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic; it did not have a collar or tags.

Tuesday, Nov. 26

4 p.m. While at court, Boyd B. McNiel, 50, Pea Ridge, attempted to see the judge and prosecutor and argued with police oÿcers when he was told to leave the courtroom saying the oÿ cer did not have the authority to make him leave.

The court clerk asked the oÿ cer toremove McNiel from the premises. He was escorted out of the building while yelling at the police oÿcer and police chief.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

3:20 a.m. Police were notified that two juvenile females who had been in EZ Mart earlier in the evening were runaway juveniles from Rogers. The incident is under investigation.

3:28 p.m. Police were dispatched to a residence on Richards Street for a suspicious circumstance involving an 11-year-0ld boy saying someone was knocking on his front door and he didn’t know who it was. Police instructed the Central Communications dispatcher to stay on the phone with the boy until police arrived.

The boy was safe; it was discovered the person knocking was a friend of his. He was unable to contact his parents. Police insured the front door was locked when they left.

4 p.m. A resident on Park Circle reported criminal mischief involving damage to a wrought-iron fence.

Friday, Nov. 29

4:59 p.m. As the result of a traÿ c stop, police arrested Jericho B. Lambert, 18, Pea Ridge, for driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked.

Saturday, Nov. 30

12:13 a.m. While on patrol, police observed a vehicle pass a stop sign at Hayden and Pickens roads without stopping or slowing down. Police initiated a traÿc stop; the vehicle stopped in front of a residence on St. Clair Street. While interviewing the driver of the vehicle, police were approached by a female who came from the house. The female was told repeatedly to return to the house.

As a result of her failure to comply, police arrested her. As a result of the investigation, police arrested Wesley Dalton Morgan, 18, Pea Ridge, for DWI, minor in possession, disobeying a stop; and Micah Shantel Morgan, 20, Pea Ridge, for obstructing governmental operations andminor in possession; a passenger in the vehicle, Colby Schooley, 20, Pea Ridge, was cited for minor in possession.

9:45 a.m. A resident of Frost Street reported a theft. Police did not find a sign of forced entry. It was discovered this is the 11th such report of theft or burglary from this residence.The incident is under investigation.

4:45 p.m. Police were dispatched to O.D. Bancroft for a report of a dog at large. The brown female Labrador retriever was transported to Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic. It did not have on a collar or tags. Police later located another brown Labrador inside a fenced yard, secured and locked the gate. The owner

of the dogs, Justin Ritchie, 29, Pea Ridge,

was cited for dog at large, no city tag and

no rabies tag.

5:29 p.m. In an agency assist to Ben

tonville Police, Pea Ridge Police arrested

Thomas McClain, 24, Pea Ridge, on a

Bentonville warrant and transported

him to Bentonville Police.

1:30 p.m. Police were dispatched to a

vacant lot on North Curtis Avenue where

children had been playing and found

drug paraphernalia. The items were

taken into evidence.

Sunday, Dec. 1

4:25 p.m. A resident of WMB Franklin

reported someone had cut his Christmas

lights.
