Day care OKd

— A day-care business at a residence on Grace Court was approved by Planning Commission members with a condition requiring a review in five years. Amy Greek and Jennifer Carpenter appeared before planners Tuesday requesting the permit.

The two said they are working on the state license which will allow them to keep up to 16 children with two adults.

City building official Tony Townsend said the city’s permit for a home occupation requires that not more than two rooms beused in the business.

Planners agreed traffic is not an issue in the Shepherd Hills subdivision, but said it could be in the years to come and requested the review as part of the approval.
