Young crowned rodeo princess

PEA RIDGE — Taylor Young was crowned the 2012 Old Fort Days Rodeo Princess in Fort Smith this past weekend after a three-day competition.

Young, 12, is coached by Randi Isgrigs, Miss Pawnee Bill Memorial Rodeo queen. Isgrigs is a stylist at Head Hunters, Pea Ridge.

Taylor currently holds the 2011 Madison County Rodeo princesstitle which she will relinquish this July.

Taylor is the daughter of William Young of Little Flock and Tammy Young of Pea Ridge and stepdaughter of Brandon Jones, Pea Ridge.

The Old Fort Days Rodeo is one of the largest outdoor rodeos on the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association circuit.
