PEA RIDGE — Brent Rains was crowned club champion of the Big Sugar Golf Club Championship tournament after firing a two-day total of 148. The tournament was held on Saturday, July 14, and Sunday, July 15.
Walter Mooneyhan won second place with a total score of 157; Jeff Spivey and Gary Rains tied for third with a 158; Robin Ivy finished fifth with a 166 total.
Tim Salmonsen won first place in the “A” flight, with Aaron Hinton coming in second place. “B” flight winner was Robert Peck and second place went to Kip Kelly.
Tournament winnings, including the skins game, were around $1,000.
