OBITUARIES: Northeast Benton County

— Robert Terry Stoutenberg, 62, of Bentonville died Feb.

14 at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born June 7, 1949, in Mason City, Iowa, to Maurice William Stoutenberg and Liberty Leona Aaron.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Stoutenberg of Davenport, Iowa, and Robert Stoutenberg Jr. of Marengo, Iowa; a daughter, Libby Cruise of Des Moines, Iowa; a step-son; two stepdaughters; two brothers, Ron and Bill Stoutenberg of Des Moines, Iowa; a sister, Joyce Lewis of Des Moines, Iowa;

and a niece, Cassandra Leach and her husband Charlie of Pineville, Mo.

No services are planned.

Cremation arrangements are with Sisco Funeral Home in Pea Ridge.

Ralph William Tittel

Ralph W. Tittel, 88, died Feb. 15, 2012. He was born March 18, 1923, in Russell County Kan., to son of William and Mary (Heil) Tittel.

He was a business owner and retired employee of the Kansas Corporation Commission. He served in the U.S.

Army during World War II.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Verdie Peddycord and Doris Miller.

Survivors include his wife, Gloria “Kay” (Bates) of Pea Ridge, Ark.; and daughters, Jana De Witt (Ron) of Overland Park, Lana Shults of Wichita and Fern Hess (Gary) of McPherson; stepdaughter, Lori Beiker (Bob) of Hays; and stepson Jeff Eller (Heidi) of Wind Lake, Wis.; sister, Ruth Pickering (Don) of Wichita;

10 grandchildren; and 11 greatgrandchildren.

Visitation was Sunday, Feb.

19, and Monday, Feb. 20, at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Salina.

Interment followed at St.

John Lutheran Cemetery in Russell.
