PEA RIDGE — Throughout the year, the Pea Ridge Optimist Club receives funding requests from various athletic teams, as well as other youth organizations. In an effort to meet the coaches representing the various teams, all sports coaches - baseball, footballand basketball - are invited to address the Optimist Club at a special evening meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16, in the Pea Ridge Middle School cafeteria to represent their organization to the Pea Ridge Optimist Club. Thegoal of the Optimist Club is to benefit youth.
