Playground funds needed

During the first semester of this year, we have held fundraising events to raise money for our Project Playground. Our two most lucrative events have been the Boogie Bash and the brochure fundraiser. Many of you have allowed your children to participate, and we have raised approximately $7,500 for our new playground! We are very proud of our success so far, but we still have a long way to go to meet our goal of $40,000.

Every dollar raised is being deposited into our special playground activity account, and every dollar raised is an important contribution toward our goal.

If you are looking for a way to give back to your community and its children, you might consider a yearend gift toward Project Playground. We will accept both private and corporate donations, and we can provide a receipt for tax deduction purposes.

As 2012 nears its end, we at the Intermediate Schoolwould like to thank you for the opportunity to serve your children. Their smiles and hugs each day remindus of how truly blessed we are to work in education.

Have a safe and wonderful holiday season filled with the peace and blessings of Christmas.
