Library Notes: Librarian researching grants

— What a whirlwind of a week! Days and nights just seem to run together! Just so you don’t think I have forgotten about the library, I want you to know that I have spent some time researching grants and perusing book catalogs. But I have spent more time holding Camden.

From conversations with Dottie and Cinda, I knowthings are going well at the library and that book donations are on-going! Perhaps the new books that are on back-order will arrive by thetime I return.

I understand that the meeting with the architect and the library board had to be rescheduled for this week so I have no news on the new building.

On behalf of the library board, I would like to extend our condolences to the family of Mrs. Betty Sanders.

She was a special lady andwill be missed.

Hope you all had a Happy Easter. Will see you all next week if my son and his wife can pry me away from Camden.
