◊9/14 Kristen Roughton, Springdale warrant

◊9/15 Melissa Lacy, 29, contempt failure to pay fines and costs

Other incidents include: Wednesday, Sept. 14

4:45 p.m. A resident on Price Street reported that a privacy fence had been repeatedly damaged over the previous three days.

7:30 p.m. A resident on John Montgomery Circle reported a loose dog, which he had caught.The dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

Thursday, Sept. 15

7:30 p.m. A student from the high school reported her iPhone 4 was missing. She reported leaving it with her books in a classroom.

6:29 p.m. Unattended death, Autumn Place.

Friday, Sept. 16

11:26 a.m. Criminal mischief reported by a resident on Frost Street in which windows were broken in a van.

12:22 p.m. A gas meter was apparently hit and damaged by a vehicle on Gen. Franz Siegel Road.The gas company was notified.

3:20 p.m. A male was reportedly yelling insults at a school employee. The results of the investigation were forwarded to the prosecuting attorney.

8 p.m. A resident on Hickman Street reported suspicious activity.

11:40 p.m. A driver reported his vehicle had been hit by a rock while he was driving on West Pickens Road past Greene Street.

Saturday, Sept. 17

12:10 a.m. A one-vehicle propertydamage accident was discovered on Sugar Creek Road just east of Arkansas Highway 94 in which a black PontiacGrand Am drove through a barbed wire fence.The driver, Charles Gillum, 39, Pea Ridge, was arrested for DWI. He was cited for careless driving, no insurance and failure to register.

4:20 a.m. Agency assist checking on a resident on Richards Street at the request of the Bella Vista Police Department.

5 p.m. Agency assist assisting the ambulance at a residence on Woods Street.

6 p.m. While checking the Pea Ridge Cemetery, found four juvenile males from 12 to 15 years of age, trespassing.

They were issued warnings.

7:50 p.m. An alarm at a residence on Hazelton Road; the building appeared to be secure; police were unable to locate a representative.

7:45 p.m. A parent of a 13-year-old male reported someone had apparently “hacked” his Facebook account and sent offensive messages to others under his account.

8:45 p.m. Criminal mischief on Greene Street involving someone damaging vehicles driving on West Pickens Road past Greene Street.

11:35 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported by a resident on Richards Street involving someone squirting salad dressing on the front door of his residence and the bottle left in his yard.

Sunday, Sept. 18

8:44 a.m. Criminal mischief at a residence on Hutchison Street involving a “vulgar message” written on the window of a vehicle with white paint.

1:25 p.m. Assisted the ambulance at a possible unattended death at a residence on Lee Town Road.

2:01 p.m. Alarm at Pea Ridge High School; found several employees on site.

6:15 p.m Alarm at the Primary School; found an employee on site.

9:35 p.m. Amanda Helena Reed, 22, of Garfield, by BCSO for felony domestic battery in the second degree.

11:57 a.m. Daniel Wayne Clark, 26, of Springdale, by Little Flock Police for harassing communications and violation of a no contact order.

3:08 p.m. Michael Allen Easton, 54, of Seligman, by Rogers Police for failure to register as a sex offender.
