Bar-B-Que Meatballs

Bar-B-Que Meatballs

Meatballs:

1 c. milk

1 c. oats

1 egg

1 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. chili powder

2 Tbsp. onion, chopped

2 lb. ground chuck

Sauce:

1 1/2 c. ketchup

1/4 c. minced onion

1 1/4 c. brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. chili powder

Mix all meatball ingredients together, but do not over mix. Make mixture into balls.

Grease a 9- by 13-inch pan. There will be enough meatballs to cover the dish. In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients together. Pour or spoon over the top of the meatballs. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.

Great for tailgating, just transfer to a crockpot and enjoy!
