Dale and Patricia Ayen of Garfield celebrated 50 years of marriage on Oct. 12.
Dale Ayen and the former Patricia Mosier were married Oct. 12, 1961, in Buffalo, Mich., by a Justice of the Peace.
Together they have three children: Thomas and Shemon Carney of Pea Ridge, Shamere Ayen of Pea Ridge and Christopher and Shondel Obenhand of Ridgecrest, Calif.;
eight grandchildren: Joshua, Dillon and Tyler Carney, Brandon, Ben and Beau German, and Timothy and Stephanie Mendoza; and seven great-grandchildren.
