Spook Trail

SELIGMAN, Mo.

Seligman Fire Protection District is hosting their 14th annual Spook Trail on the weekends of Oct. 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29. Tickets will be sold starting at 8 p.m. and will stop selling at midnight.

The cost is $5 per person, children 5 and under are free. Concessions will be available.

Support the Seligman Fire Department and vote for a favorite scene. No alcohol is allowed on the premises. All proceeds goto the support of the organization. The trail is located on State Line Road, west of Seligman.

Gifts of the forest

DIAMOND, Mo. - A special program is set for 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, at George Washington Carver National Monument. Join a park ranger and hit the trail to learn how Carver used natural gifts to create food, medicine and home products. This is a free event.
