Noncritical violations: Employee drink stored in reach-in cooler. Have a designated area for employee food/drink to prevent possible cross contamination.

Pea Ridge Primary School

Noncritical violations: Check the seal around the freezer door; ice buildup on the top of door and air curtain.

Rainbow House Asian Bistro

Critical violations: Food being stored in used cardboard boxes. Clean outside of food storage containers also, not justthe inside. Used box stored on top of open food; bottom of boxes should not come in contact with food. Maintain cold food at 41° or below (white refrigerator; adjusted temperature).

Noncritical violations: Reusing singleuse containers for food storage. Used chicken bags and rice bags being used to separate raw chicken layers. Reusing metal cans for food storage. Clean filters in exhaust hood.

Critical violations: Prep table cooler is not holding food at 41° or below. Rain water leaking into the walk-in cooler; store food to prevent contamination from water droplets. Maintain hot food at 135° or above.

Noncritical violations: Repair/replace gasket on freezer walk-in door. Need thermometer for hot holding case.
