Monday, Nov. 21

12 p.m. Illegal dumping, an employee at Autumn Place observed someone illegally placing trash bags in the retirement home’s dumpster. Upon investigation, the suspects told police they had “accidentally” placed the bags in the wrong dumpster.

5:20 p.m. Alarm, Pea Ridge Primary School, the building was secure.

Tuesday, Nov. 22

9:19 a.m. A city employee found a small child walking down Christina Circle alone. Pea Ridge police assisted until Benton County Sheriff’s deputies arrived.The father was found asleep in a nearby residence.

10:55 a.m. Two dogs were reported running loose.The owners were located and cited. Ronald Stoecker, 20, and Joseph Stoecker, 23, both of Pea Ridge,were cited for dogs at large.

2:30 p.m. An adult reported that an 11-year-old boy was being harassed by a 12-year old boy.

3 p.m. Criminal mischief involving windows in the bathrooms at City Park which appeared to have been shot by BBs.

5:45 p.m. A two-vehicle accident on North Curtis Avenue and Slack Street involving Elizabeth Hardy, 22, Pea Ridge, and KentWiller, 35, Washburn, Mo.

8:15 p.m. Dogs were reported running loose on McRae Lane. Police were unable to locate the owners. The dogs were picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

7:55 p.m. An abandoned vehicle was reported on Arkansas Hwy. 94 north near Givens Subdivision. It had been there since Nov. 17. The vehicle was towed to an impound lot.

10:40 p.m. Police assisted State Police by working an accident at Jac’s Ranch, Arkansas Highway 72 West, involving a vehicle driven by Cheyenne Knight, 22, Hiwasse, hitting a cow.

Wednesday, Nov. 23

5:35 a.m. Assisted the Fire Department at a structure fire on Greene Street.

5:08 p.m. A witness reported a red Ford pickup truck hit a mailbox on South Davis Street and left the scene.The witness made note of the license plate.

5:22 p.m. A red Ford pickup truck hit a tree at a residence on Twelve Corners Road. As an agency assist, police assisted BCSO deputies at the scene, and determined the truck was the same involved in the previous incident. Monte Holt, 59, Pea Ridge, was arrested by BCSO for DWI, refusal to submit, careless driving and driving on a suspended driver’s license. He was charged with criminal mischief by Pea Ridge Police.

He was booked into the Benton County Jail.

Thursday, Nov. 24

10:57 p.m. A cow was reported running loose on McRae Lane. Police were unable to locate it.

Friday, Nov. 25

6:20 a.m. Alarm Pea Ridge HighSchool, a delivery driver said he must have set the alarm off accidentally.

7:40 p.m. A female resident of Garfield said she went to a residence on Van Dorn to check on a friend and to pick up some of her belongings when she said was accosted and struck by a man. The incident is under investigation.

11:30 p.m. A 52-year-old male resident on Lee Town Road reported his Chevy Blazer had been egged.

Saturday, Nov. 26

3:07 a.m. Alarm at a residence on Todd Circle. The building appeared to be secure. Police were unable to contact the owners.

Sunday, Nov. 27

8:36 a.m. A 19-year-old male from Pea Ridge reported receiving harassing phone calls from another male who is a resident of Pea Ridge.

6:15 p.m. A clerk at White Oak Station reported a disgruntled customer made threatening comments as he left.

Monday, Nov. 28

3:10 a.m. Alarm, Castle Rental, building secure, representative responded.
