Book sale at new Library building

— I hope you all had a very happy Thanksgiving. Mine was very good - a son and a grandson were here from Wednesday until noon on Sunday. I sure have spent a lot of time at Chuck E.

Cheese and Fast Lanes the last few months. My grandson loves both and I am sure the headaches I get from the noise level will eventually go away! If any of you ventured out for the Black Friday sales, hope you found your bargainsand suffered no injuries.

The heat has been turned on at the new building and preparations are under way for another book sale there on Saturday, Dec. 3, between 3 p.m.

and 7:30 p.m. I received a call on Friday advising meof a donation of 45 boxes of books. There are supposed to be a number of cookbooks and a large number of books by Nora Roberts.

Be sure to tell you friends and neighbors about this sale.

A large selection of Christmas-themed books as well as some holiday decorating books have been pulled together in a section near the front of the library. These are sure to get you in the holidayspirit.

See you at the library.
