Four warrants were served:

◊11/14 Jose R. Sierra-Silva, 42, Springdale, failure to appear;

◊11/14 Vincent C. Melchor, 21, Rogers, failure to appear;

◊11/17 Dennis Hicks, 31, West Fork, failure to pay fines and costs;

◊11/19 Tyler Yeakley, 23, Springdale, failure to appear;

Incidents reported this week include:

Monday, Nov. 14

7:45 a.m. A 3-year-old boy was found wandering in the street on North Davis Street near Patton. A 32-year-old female picked him up and took him to a police officer who was working school traffic nearby. Upon investigating, police found a residence on Wood Street with the front door open and the boy’s mother asleep inside. He was returned to his mother. The Department of Human Services was notified.

10:30 a.m. A vehicle fire in the parking lot at Community First Bank was extinguished with a fire extinguisher.

12 p.m. Suspicious circumstances were reported by employees of the medical center involving someone apparently going through the trash dumpster.

12:45 p.m. Harassing communications reported by a 32-year-old female resident on Weston Loop involving texts and phone calls including cursing.

6:15 p.m. Theft of services reported by Oak View Animal Hospital involving acouple bringing in a black and white Pit Bull for care who left without paying for the service.

9:11 p.m. An agency assist to Benton County Sheriff’s deputies at a residence on Melissa Circle to apprehend a fleeing felon. Tiffany Annand-Sparks, 27, Pea Ridge, was arrested by BCSO after she was found hiding under a pile of clothes in an adjacent residence after running from the first residence.

Tuesday, Nov. 15

12:39 p.m. A resident on Charles Street reported aggressive dogs on the loose who had approached him while he was outside. Police attempted to contact the resident of the house where it was believed the dogs belonged.The dogs were picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

2:30 p.m. A physical disturbance at a residence on Hall Drive between two women resulted in Michelle Williamson, 34, of Canehill, being given a no trespass warning.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

7:50 p.m. Assisted BCSO at a physical disturbance at a residence on Kay Lynn Drive.

8:30 p.m. A Lifeline call to an apartment at King Lane for a 59-year-old woman. The ambulance was notified.

Thursday, Nov. 17

6:32 a.m. Alarm, Pea Ridge High School, an employee was present, the building was secure.

7:20 a.m. While on patrol on Mc-Culloch Street, found a small dog running loose.The dog was picked up and taken to the Pea Ridge Vet.

9:32 a.m. A 52-year-old male resident on Hickman Drive reported that the 66-year-old female and 69-year-old male with whom he lives had not returned home. The couple was later found and it was determined they had spent the night in a hotel.

3:51 p.m. A man reported suspicious circumstances at a residence on Hall Drive.

8:30 p.m. Agency assist to Little Flock police involving a Little Flock resident, a former Pea Ridge resident, who reported her teen-age daughter missing; Pea Ridge police checked a residence in Pea Ridge where she was believed to have gone with a male.

Friday, Nov. 18

11:10 p.m. A resident on Charles Street reported criminal mischief involving a mail box being hit by a vehicle.

Saturday, Nov. 19

11:26 a.m. A one-vehicle accident on Washburn Street involving Chad Frank, 32, Garfield, striking a street light pole. He was cited for driving on a suspended driver’s license and no insurance.

Sunday, Nov. 20

12:17 p.m. A two-vehicle accident on North Curtis Avenue just north of Slack Street involving Karl Gilbert, 55, and Harvey Winn, 65, both of Pea Ridge. Gilbert was cited for careless and prohibitive driving.

2:24 p.m. A resident on Lynn Drive reported a physical disturbance in progress involving a 13-year-old boy and his grandmother. The boy was arrested for third degree domestic assault and taken to the Benton County Juvenile Detention Center.

6 p.m. A police officer was involved in a high-speed pursuit after the vehicle he attempted to stop fled northbound on Arkansas Highway 265. The vehicle stopped in the parking lot of a liquor store in Missouri. The driver, Joshua Lee, 24, of Pea Ridge, was detained and later arrested by McDonald County, Mo., Sheriff’s deputies. He was placed in McDonald County Jail where he was charged with felon in possession of firearm and DWI.

3:11 p.m. Tracy Allan Johnson, 23, of Pea Ridge, by Bentonville Police for parole violation.

10:21 p.m. Tiffany Jewel Sparks, 27, of Pea Ridge, by BCSO for four misdemeanor failure to appears, felony failure to appear, contempt, criminal impersonation, fleeing on foot, contempt, accomplice to deliver a controlled substance anddelivery of a controlled substance.

Tuesday, Nov. 15

5:52 p.m. Onyema Lawrence Anyanwu, 23, of Bentonville, by Little Flock Police for criminal mischief in the first degree and domestic battering in the third degree.

6:37 p.m. Summer Brooke Cowen, 21, of Bentonville, by Little Flock Police for two counts of failure to appear.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

7:47 a.m. Steve G. Cline, 49, ofSeligman, Mo., by Rogers Police for failure to appear and violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law.

7:54 a.m. Rodrigo Hinojoso Martinez, 19, of Seligman, by Rogers Police for failure to appear.

9:15 p.m. Joshua Lee Scheile, 24, of Pea Ridge, by BCSO for terroristicthreatening in the first degree and third degree assault on a family or household member.

9:22 p.m. Brittany Marie Russell, 21, of Pea Ridge, by BCSO for terroristic threatening in the first degree and third degree assault on a family or household member.
