Cheer teams to compete at PRHS

— Pea Ridge will host a cheer competition Saturday, Dec. 3.

There will be as many as 31 teams from around the state with both junior and senior high cheer teams in town.

The Blackhawk cheerleaders will also be raising money for the St. Jude’s Hospital at this event, by having donation boxes set up for each team in attendance.

Brian Bridges, owner of B2 Cheer and Dance out of Hot Springs, will run the competition.

The new multi-purpose facility will provide an excellent place for a warm-up for the competitors.
