Incidents reported to the Pea Ridge police Department this week inclue:

Four warrants served:

◊11/1 Kevin Jameson, 44, Norcross, Ga., failure to appear;

◊11/2 Rory Drummond, 41, Centerton, contempt failure to pay fines and costs;

◊11/3 Joseph Black, 24, Washburn, Mo., failure to appear;

Other incidents include: Monday, Oct. 31

10:57 p.m. A disturbance reported at a residence on D.J. Duvall Drive; was determined to be unfounded.

Tuesday, Nov. 1

3:36 p.m. While patrolling school traffic, police observed a juvenile male walking and smoking cigarrettes. One boy was 18, the other was 14. The 14-year-old was detained to be picked up by his parents. He was given a juvenile citation for possession of tobacco.

7:58 p.m. A 32-year-old female resident on Choate Place Circle reported her son’s bicycle missing. It was found in a dumpster after police received a report from a man who found it near his apartments. The bike was returned to its owner.

8:55 p.m. A 22-year-old female resident on St. Clair Street reported terroristic threatening by phone from hersoon-to-be ex-husband.

11:18 p.m. Alarm at Primary School, a representative arrived; the building was secured.

Wednesday, Nov. 2

12:25 a.m. During routine patrol, a door was found open at First Baptist Church; a representative arrived and the builidn was secured.

1:25 A.M. A dog was reported to be inside Wright’s laundromat. Police found an open door and no dog.

5 p.m. A 58-year-old male at a residence on Benton Drive reported he found bones while digging in his back yard. Police sent the bones to the State Crime Lab examiner who determined the bones were not human.

5:30 p.m. A 55-year-old female resident of Springdale reported that a vehicle she believed to be hers at a residence in Pea Ridge. After a investigation, it was learned the vehicle was purchased from a towing company in Berryville after being unclaimed.

9 p.m. A one-vehicle roll-over accident on S. Ark. Hwy. 94 near Wildflower Lane. Police stood by to assist in traffic control. Arkansas State Police worked the accident.

Thursday, Nov. 3

12:45 a.m. Received a report of a rollover accident near ball fields on It’ll DoRoad. Upon investigation, police found a white Ford F150 in the ditch near the Lutheran church on Arkansas Highway 94 and determined it was in the State Police’s jurisdiction. They discovered the driver had walked to a residence on Mary Phelps Drive.

8:55 a.m. A white lab was reported running loose on John W. Montgomery circle. Police located the owner, Christine Martinez, and cited her for dog at large.

10:20 p.m. An agency assist for the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, served a felony warrant on Vanessa Barrett, 22, at a residence on St. Clair Street, stemming from an earlier incident on Nov. 1.

Friday, Nov. 4

2:57 a.m. An agency assist by backing up Little Flock police at a disturbance at a residence on N. Dixieland Road.

4:27 p.m. As the result of a traffic stop at the ball fields on Weston Street, issued a citation for no driver’s license to Sara Murray, 17, of Rogers. Her mother, Tammy Murray, 39, of Rogers, was cited for permitting an unauthorized minor to drive and was arrested on warrants - a felony from Bentonville and a misdemeanor from Rogers. She was transported to Rogers and released to Rogers police.

7:13 p.m. Clemente Soto-Gonzalez, 21, of Rogers, by Benton County Detention Center for driving while license suspended or revoked in Little Flock.

Tuesday, Nov. 1

11:28 p.m. Joshua Pippin, 25, of Pea Ridge, by Arkansas State Police for driving while intoxicated, no proof of insurance, public intoxication and speeding.

Wednesday, Nov. 2

12:34 p.m. Rory Dane Drummond, 41, of Bentonville, by Pea Ridge Police for six counts of contempt.

5:12 p.m. Michael Lee Aguilar, 21, of Bentonville, by Little Flock Police for failure to appear and two counts of contempt.

6:48 p.m. Craig Dalwayne Fuller, 27, of Tucks Chapel Road, by BCSO for domestic battering in the third degree and failure to register as a sex offender.

Thursday, Nov. 3

9:25 a.m. Jimmy Darrell Lothes, 34, of Pea Ridge, by Bentonville Police for endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and third degree assault on a family or household member.

10:51 a.m. Billy Ray Hooten, 25, of Garfield, by BCSO for delivery of acontrolled substance, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, improper use of evidences of registration, revoke of suspended sentence or probation and use or possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

Friday, Nov. 4

6:06 p.m. Jeremy Evan Scott, 27, of Pea Ridge, by BCSO for driving while intoxicated.

9:52 p.m. Kevin Timothy Jenkins, 29, of Garfield, by Bentonville Police for failure to appear.

11:57 p.m. Sabrina Reyna Torres, 34, of Gravette, by BCSO for failure to appear in Little Flock and Franklin County.
