PEA RIDGE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Police served one warrant:

◊Barbara King, 22, Bentonville, contempt failure to pay fines and costs.

8:32 p.m. Dispatched to police department where a citizen brought a brown and white Basset Hound he had picked up in his yard. Dog was transported to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

Tuesday, May 17

5:36 p.m. Dispatched to Arvest Bank for alarm, checked with bank personnel, location secured.

6:25 p.m. Dispatched to Emery Boulevard for a residential burglary. Items stolen include a weed eater, XBox, firearms and jewelry. Incident is under investigation.

6:53 p.m. Dispatched toWhite Oak Station for alarm, checked with clerk, location secured.

Wednesday, May 18

4:56 p.m. Assisted parole officer at a residence on Daniel Street. Summer Thompson, 26, of Pea Ridge, and Tyler Thompson, 27, of Pea Ridge were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:30 p.m. Received complaint of dogs running loose; cited Brenda Dekeno, 47, of Pea Ridge, for dog at large.

Thursday, May 19

1:17 a.m. Dispatched to Fred’s for an alarm, location secured.

4:20 a.m. Assisted ambulance at residence on O.D. Bancroft.

10:45 a.m. Dispatched to residence on Mary Phelps Drive for a disturbance.

Upon arrival, suspects had left the residence. Incident under investigation.

6:24 p.m. Dispatched to Pea Ridge High School for an alarm. Spoke to school personnel, location secured.

Friday, May 20

10:30 p.m. Two vehicle motorvehicle accident at S. Curtis Avenue and Sugar Creek Road involving Gary Sutherland, 16, of Pea Ridge, and Gail Arnold, 51, of Pineville, Mo. No injuries.

Sutherland was cited for no insurance.

11:54 p.m. Dispatched to residence on Humphery Street for suspicious circumstance. A female was banging on the door and yelling. Police arrested Margie Hutchason, 42, of Rogers, for public intoxication; and Cortney Wardell, 30, of Bella Vista, for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance.

Saturday, May 21

1:33 a.m. Dispatched to residence on N. Curtis Avenue to assist ambulance.

2:20 a.m. While returning from Benton County Jail, as a result of a traffic stop in Bentonville, arrested Juan Mora, 18, of Rogers, for driving under the influence and driving left of center.

Sunday, May 22

6:30 p.m. Dispatched to Meszaros Circle for dog at large. Spoke to owner, issued warning for dog at large.

Robert Danyal Bennett, 44, of 22864 Dam Site Loop in Garfield, was arrested for possession of firearms by certain persons.

Wednesday, May 18

Tracy Joann McCoy, 31, of 2440 Main St. in Seligman, Mo., was arrested for failure to appear.

Thursday, May 19

Barbara Ann King, 22, of 712 Avalon Dr., Gentry, was arrested for battery in the second degree in Bentonville and on a Pea Ridge warrant for contempt.

She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $1,660 bond.

Friday, May 20

Darin Michael Etherton, 27, of 2287 Hayden Rd., was arrested for domestic battering in the third degree. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $500 bond.

Brittain Ross Herring, 23, of 1563Hutchinson St., was arrested for delivery of a counterfeit substance, endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to deliver and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.

Saturday, May 22

Diane Patricia Wrenfrow-Gary, 57, of 15246 Battlefield Rd. in Garfield, was arrested for third degree assault on a family member. She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $750 bond.

Monday, May 23

Wendy Gay Soptick, 38, of 21689 Hwy. 62 in Garfield, was arrested for obstructing governmental operations and possession of controlled substance without a prescription. She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Samuel James Callison, 37, of 28234 Main St. in Seligman, was arrested for driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked.
