Incidents this week include: Tuesday, May 3

5:20 p.m. Commercial burglary alarm at Legacy Storage on Weston Street. Police spoke to an employee upon arrival and cleared the scene.

Wednesday, May 4

2 p.m. Received a report of a reckless driver on Ark. Hwy. 72. Police located the vehicle, a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser, and stopped it on It’ll Do Road, leading to the arrest of Amanda Cobb, 34, of Pea Ridge, for driving while intoxicated, driving while license suspended and refusal to submit to test.

4 p.m. Received a report of a dog at large at a residence on N. Davis Street. Caller also complained of animal cruelty. Upon investigation, police arrested Jackson Abercrombie, 22, of Pea Ridge, for cruelty to animals.

6:15 p.m. Motor-vehicle accident at N.

Curtis Avenue and Pickens Road. A vehicle driven by Lagina Rochier, 39, of Bella Vista, was rear ended by a white GMC pickup. Thedriver of the pickup left the scene, the accident is still under investigation.

Thursday, May 5

1 p.m. Received a call of a dog at large on Charles Street. Police located the animal and transported to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

3 p.m. Parking lot accident at Marvin’s. A vehicle driven by Charles Nesbitt, 66, of Pea Ridge, backed into a vehicle driven byTeresa Ledbetter, 47, also of Pea Ridge. No injuries.

9:30 p.m. While patrolling on McCulloch Street, police stopped subject that stepped out in front of patrol car, arresting Stormie Castelman, 18, of Pea Ridge, for public intoxication.

Friday, May 6

12:30 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop at Curtis Avenue and Slack Street, cited Darin Etherton, 27, of Pea Ridge, for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Saturday, May 7

1:04 a.m. Agency assist, Little Flock Police Department in reference to DWI.

3:46 a.m. As a result of a traffic stop, arrested: a 15-year-old female of Garfield;

Jason Emerson, 26, of Pea Ridge; Denzel Thomas, 18, of Bella Vista; and Jeremiah Thomas, 19, and Cameron Godsey, 18, both of Rogers, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Samuel Ragster, 18, of Pea Ridge, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a minor and driving without a driver’s license.

5:30 p.m. Dispatched to Hutchinson Street in reference to a stray dog. Police transported dog to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic.

11:32 p.m. Dispatched to Marvin’s in reference to an alarm. No representative present, police checked and secured the property.

11:44 p.m. Dispatched to St. Clair Street in reference to a large party. Upon arrival, unable to locate. Police were later advised subjects moved into a garage and closed the door.

Sunday, May 8

6:44 p.m. Two vehicle motor-vehicle accident at Pickens Road and Curtis Avenueinvolving Dennis Undernehr, 50, of Pea Ridge, and Laura Sims, 26, of Bella Vista. No injuries, no citations.

11:11 p.m. Alarm activated at Fred’s Pharmacy. Representative arrived and police checked and secured the building.

11:18 p.m. Agency assist, Benton County Sheriff’s Office, in locating a female reported missing from the area of White Oak Ridge.

Assisted until deputies took control.

Monday, May 9

11:40 a.m. Two vehicle motor-vehicle accident at Pickens Road and Curtis Avenue involving Johnny Newby, Jr., 46, of Van Buren, and Mitchell Maddox, 41, of Bella Vista.

No injuries, no citations.

7 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop, arrested Kymberly Colf, 18, of Garfield, for driving under the influence.

7:50 p.m. Advised of a reckless driver in a white Ford pickup on Greer Street. Unable to locate vehicle.

8:30 p.m. Dispatched to a residence on N. Davis Street in reference to a 911 hang up. Checked residence, unable to find anyone there.

Wednesday, April 20

◊Seth Allen Beikman, 24, Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for driving while intoxicated, third offense. He was being held in the Benton County Jail Tuesday with no bond set.

◊Larry Dale Hardwick, 54, of 17913 Beaver Hollow Road, Garfield, was arrested for felony nonsupport.

◊Sherry Ilene Parker, 47, Pea Ridge, was arrested for violation of the Arkansas hot check law.

◊Justin F. Foster, 26, of 30717 State Highway 37 Space 6 in Seligman, Mo.;

William J. King, 28, of 2581 Xavier St.

in Fort Smith; Myranda D. Almond, 22, of 2533 County Road 102 in Eureka Springs; Jason L. Foster, 30 of 30717 State Highway 37 Space 4 in Seligman, Mo.; and Catherine Long, 24, of 30717 State Highway 37 Space 4 in Seligman, Mo., were arrested in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Police believe the suspects were purchasing precursors to the manufacture of methamphetamine atWalmart, 2004 S. Pleasant. Justin Foster remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of a $5,685 bond.

Monday, April 25

◊Joey Andrew Arnett, 28, of 16416 Patton Road, was arrested for manufacturing a controlled substance. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Tuesday, April 26

◊Northeast Benton County Fire and EMS responded to a mobile home fire at 17225 Clantonville Road at approximately 8 a.m. The single-wide residence was 50 percent destroyed, according to fire officials. No one was injured in the blaze.

Wednesday, April 27

◊Dasha Rai Castleman, 21, of 434 N.

Davis St., was arrested for three counts of failure to appear. She was being heldTuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $12,500 bond.

◊Brittany Nicole Townsend, 21, of 10082 White Oak Hollow, was arrested for failure to appear.

Thursday, April 28

◊Rafael Munoz, 23, of 1196 McCollin St., was arrested for two counts of contempt and one count of failure to appear. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $3,100 bond.

Saturday, April 30

◊Bobby Eugene Wallace, 39, Garfield, was arrested by Bentonville police for contempt.

Sunday, May 1

◊Melissa Ann Junior, 31, of 26276 Missouri Highway 37 in Seligman, Mo., was arrested for failure to appear and contempt.

◊John Lee Clark, 43, of 14481 It’ll Do Rd., was arrested by BCSO for contempt. Thursday, May 5

◊Michael Warren Phillips, 37, of 26274 State Hwy. 37 in Seligman, Mo., was arrested for failure to appear. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $4,000 bond.

◊Robert Dale Ward, 52, of 16106 Bowrdary Line Rd., Garfield, was arrested by BCSO for attempted kidnapping.

He was being held in the Benton County Jail Tuesday with no bond set.

◊Stevi Rae Weston, 23, of 1496 U.S.

Hwy. 62 in Garfield, was arrested for failure to appear.

◊Thomas Bouck, 50, of 434 N. Davis Street, was arrested for nonsupport, manufacturing a controlled substance and a body attachment warrant. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $16,104 bond.

◊Jody Wayne Weston, 29, of 434 N.

Davis Street, was arrested for parole violation, manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
