As a Licensed Level II Assisted Living Facility, a nurse and Certi ed Nurseís Assistants are available 24 hours a day. Several safety features are in place including video surveillance at all entrances and exits and code entry on all doors except the main entrance.

The three-story community is comfortable, welcoming and well maintained. All suites are handicap-accessible and each has a full kitchen with a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, a stoveand a dishwasher. Every oor features common areas such as a chapel/theater room, a beauty shop, a snack parlor and an activity room.

The Meadows also features a Licensed Alzheimerís Wing that is a secured, homelike environment with private bedroom-andbathroom suites. Caring and trained personnel work with the residents to address the unique needs of memory-impaired individuals and their families.

The Meadows knows and understands that social interaction is an important factor to well being. Different activities take place daily, ranging from Bingo, crafts, special guests, dining out, trips to the play and shopping trips. Three days a week, The Meadows offers transportation to doctorís appointments, shopping, or most any other request.
