Police served three warrants:

◊Rafael Munoz, 23, Pea Ridge, contempt, failure to appear.

◊Zachary Cook, 18, Fayetteville, failure to appear.

◊David Coleman, 22, Pea Ridge, contempt.

Other incidents include: Monday, April 25

2:15 p.m. Police were met in the lobby of the police department by a resident of the city and her 13-year-old grandson. The grandmother handed police a sandwich baggie with a piece of foil in it with what appeared to be burnt marijuana and also fresh marijuana. The boy advised the officer that another juvenile had given the marijuana to him. Police notified juvenile probation and issued the boy a citation to the Juvenile Detention Center.

8 p.m. Police spoke to a male at the police department in reference to damages to his vehicle. It was unclear whether the damage happened in Pea Ridge or at his place of employment in Rogers. The officer filed the information.

11 p.m. Dispatched to Legacy Self Storage on Weston Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers arrested Charles Wesley Hill, Jr., 42, of Pea Ridge, on two counts of domestic battery 3, resisting arrest and felony battery 2. Hill was transported to Benton County Jail.

Tuesday, April 26

11 p.m. As a result of a traffic stop on N. Harvey Wakefield Drive and Ark. Hwy.

94, police arrested a 17-year-old male of Pea Ridge on outstanding warrants out of Lowell.

Wednesday, April 27

3:50 a.m. Dispatched to a residence on Frost Street in reference to a welfare check. Police contacted the resident, who advised she was fine and that she would contact her niece when telephone service was restored.

1 p.m. Dispatched to a residence on Pace Lane in reference to a welfare check. Police contacted the residents, who advised their phone service had just been restored and they would call their daughter.

1:30 p.m. Two vehicle motor-vehicle accident at McDonald’s involving Deborah Beard, 18, and Abigail Nuno, 21, both of Pea Ridge. There were no injuries.

Thursday, April 28

12 a.m. Dispatched to Marvin’s in reference to an alarm. Police checked the building, it was secure.There was no representative available, officers cleared the scene.

4 p.m. A Pea Ridge resident came into the police department to report the tag was stolen from his trailer. Officers file the information.

9:12 a.m. Dispatched to a residence on S. Davis Street in reference to a burglary.

The resident advised police she left her garage door open and upon returning, saw a juvenile girl she knew running out of the garage. The resident found her dog outside when she had left it inside and appliances in the house turned on.

Police spoke to the juvenile’s parents and explained she was not allowed at the house.

Friday, April 29

5:30 p.m. Acting on information, police made contact with Joshua Moppin, 23, of Pea Ridge, at City Park to serve a felony warrant out of Bentonville. Upon making contact, Moppin was arrested for drug paraphernalia.

8:30 p.m. Received a call concerning a loose dog on N. Davis and McIntosh Streets. The dog had returned to its owner by the time officers arrived on scene. Police forward the report to District Court to accompany previous citations.

8:50 p.m. A resident on John W. Montgomery Circle called regarding a stray cat.

Police advised caller that Pea Ridge has no stray cat ordinance.

8:55 p.m. Dispatched to possible intoxicated driver in the area of N. Ark. Hwy. 94 and Benton County Hwy. 40. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.

10:57 p.m. Dispatched to Park Circle in reference to a physical disturbance and possible breaking and entering involving intoxicated subjects. After investigation, police arrested Courtney Easter, 21, ofRogers, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor; Ashley Easter, 27, and David Robbins, 27, both of Pea Ridge, for contributing to the delinquency of a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor; and Joseph Griffith, 46, of Rogers, for public intoxication.

Saturday, April 30

10:30 a.m. A resident on Drew Lane complained of a speeding vehicle driving up and down the street. Police were unable to locate vehicle and will do extra patrols in the area.

4 p.m. After seeing a male on the side of the road at Slack Street and Ryan Road, police arrested Harold Fulton, 43, of Rogers, for public intoxication and warrants out of Pea Ridge, Rogers and Bentonville.

6 p.m. Dispatched to a residence on Smith Street in reference to three dogs at large. Police issued three dog at large citations to Robert Peck, 23, of Pea Ridge.

9:50 p.m. Assisted Little Flock Fire Department with a fire investigation on Hayden Road.

10:44 p.m. Assisted Pea Ridge Fire Department on John W. Montgomery Circle.

Sunday, May 1

12:13 p.m. Assisted Little Flock Police Department on a physical disturbance call.

Scene was cleared when officers arrived.

6:46 p.m. Motor-vehicle accident on Ark. Hwy. 94 at Sugar Creek involving Heather Rice, 29, of Rogers. No injuries.

7:30 p.m. Dispatched to a residence on Choate Place in reference to a physical disturbance. After investigation, no arrest was made.

Monday, May 2

5:30 p.m. A Pea Ridge resident reported fraudulent use of his credit card.

9:48 p.m. Dispatched to a residence on N. Curtis Avenue in reference to a vicious dog. Dog was captured and taken to Pea Ridge Vet Clinic. Police are still attempting to contact owners.

Tuesday, May 3

3:41 a.m. Dispatched to a residence on Washburn Drive in reference to a barking dog. Dog was later secured by owner and no citation was issued.
